Blue Ribbon Design-Build, located in Lake Forest, California, is family owned and operated. Its founder, Marvin Crocker, started the company in 1964. The Crocker family, following a strict code of ethics and pledging to provide only quality workmanship, has made Blue Ribbon Design-Build one of Orange County’s most called upon homebuilders.

Marvin was born into a construction family. At a very early age, Marvin was intrigued by the drafting table his father kept in his home office. He liked to go to jobsites with his father and help keep the projects neat and clean. After serving in the Army, Marvin started Blue Ribbon Builders in 1964 and has continued to build the family construction business.

Bill, “Dr. Remodel”, has over 40 years of experience in residential architecture and construction. He has experience as a general contractor and has worked in the home improvement industry for over 25 years. He is passionate about the “Design-Build Concept” and enjoys working with other professionals at Blue Ribbon Design-Build.

Project Coordinator
Jeff has a strong architectural and engineering background. He has a flair for interpreting the client’s desires in order to produce comfortable, dramatic and cost effective living spaces for Blue Ribbon clients.

Lavina
CAD Designer
Lavi has multiple responsibilities at Blue Ribbon. She uses her CAD drafting experience to create working plans and coordinates the structural requirements. She then assists on routing the project through the plan check and permit process at the City Building Departments.

Lead Carpenter
Louie has been a hands on carpenter since birth. He has an extensive knowledge of all the related construction trades. Blue Ribbon depends on Louie to work out the more challenging aspects of the construction process.

Neil has been involved with all aspects of working re-models for the past 20 years. For Neil, working re-models is a pleasure and each job exudes quality personal touches that become a part of each homeowner’s daily life.
